These Terms govern use of the Quiet Morrow website and the private Quiet Morrow YouTube Operator.

Purpose

The Quiet Morrow YouTube Operator is an owner-controlled tool used to manage and analyze the Quiet Morrow YouTube channel through authorized Google and YouTube APIs.

Authorized use

You may only use the operator with accounts and channels for which you have permission. Access is granted through Google OAuth and remains subject to Google and YouTube terms.

No medical service

Quiet Morrow audio and content are intended for relaxation and general wellness. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Availability

The website and operator may change, pause or stop without notice. No uninterrupted availability is promised.

Intellectual property

Quiet Morrow branding, original audio, text and visual materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws unless otherwise stated.

Third-party services

Use of Google, YouTube and other third-party services remains subject to their own terms, policies and platform rules.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Quiet Morrow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or operator.
